PRIVACY NOTICE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

1. Subject
With this notice, which integrates the content of the simplified notice referred to in the following art. 3, - pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (hereinafter: GDPR) and art. 3.1 of the Provision of the Guarantor on video surveillance of 8 April 2010 - we wish to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data, acquired and processed through the video surveillance systems operating at the headquarters of the Golf Club Folgaria in Maso Spilzi, in compliance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.

2. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer
The data controller is Golf Club Folgaria, headquarters in Maso Spilzi, located in Costa di Folgaria, email address: segreteria@golfclubfolgaria.it. The Data Protection Officer is the President of the ASD Golf Club Folgaria.

3. Simplified information pursuant to art. 3.1 of the Video Surveillance Provision
The video-surveillance areas are marked with special signs, in accordance with art. 3.1 of the Video Surveillance Provision, clearly visible in all environmental lighting conditions, where the purposes pursued are also recalled. These signs are placed before the range of action of the cameras.

4. Categories of data processed
For the purposes described in the following art. 5, the Data Controller processes your personal data, consisting of images from the video surveillance system.

5. Purpose of the processing
The video surveillance systems were installed with the following purposes:

- to guarantee the safety of people who access the facilities for various reasons

- to protect the assets of the association.

6. Legal basis for processing
The video surveillance activity is based on the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the association to carry out the processing for the purposes indicated in this information (GDPR art. 6, par. 1 letter f)

7. Types of data subject to processing
In relation to the purposes of data processing referred to in point 5, only personal data from the video surveillance system will be processed, i.e. the images from the aforementioned circuit. In relation to the provisions of the Provision of the Guarantor Authority on video surveillance of 8 April 2010 for the pursuit of the purposes of protection of the assets of the association and protection and safety of people, the consent of the interested parties is not necessary.

8. Methods of processing and storage of images
The data collected by the video surveillance system are processed according to the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency.
For the sole purposes indicated in point 5, the images captured by the cameras are stored for a period not exceeding 72 hours. Personal data will not be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling.

9. Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data.
The data processed, as they are subject to detection only, will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties, nor transferred outside the European Union. Technical assistance is carried out by the system supplier company, responsible for maintenance, which carries out its activity through its own personnel, specifically authorized to access the system within the limits of strict indispensability with respect to the need for correct operation and maintenance interventions and always with the assistance and presence of an association representative.

10. Rights of the interested party
You have the right to exercise all the rights granted to you by Chapter III of EU Regulation 679/2016 by contacting, also to request information or clarifications, the Data Controller at the contacts indicated above. Furthermore, if you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority as the supervisory authority, located in Piazza di Monte Citorio, 121 – 00186 Rome, following the procedures and instructions available on the website www.garanteprivacy.it.
